Lil Caesar is a victim of 'young bird' pigeon races, where birds born the same year are first raced in August and September. Based on their injuries and where they were found, it is assumed their whole head was in the mouth of a barn cat before they were rescued. This bird has a warrior's spirit and has overcome grave injuries. They'll be visiting the vet on 10/5/2026 for a tip-to-tail evaluation
