Kiya

Another young bird racing victim, this brave bird was picked up lost and ill! Kiya sought refuge in a kind samaritan's garage while outside playing with her kids, bedraggled and hungry, likely thrown off course by a run of unseasonably cold and rainy weather. With a full tummy and their strength back, Kiya has shown a very feisty and brave personality, confidently giving me "the business" every time I fuss around in their cage, I dare say they look forward to a game of defending their castle each day!
